Back to tracking

So last week didn't go so well because I got a stomach bug and didn't eat for 2 days and then my body was trying to make up for it by getting really hungry. The 3 pounds or so that I lost being sick came back. With the stress of work and the need to get my body to recovery, I didn't track my food. But, the good news is that my weight stayed basically the same--I just went up .1 pounds!

I'm back to tracking my food today!

Hey Horte! The usual - fresh fruit, roasted peanuts or almonds. I really like hummus (Aldi's roasted red pepper hummus ricks) on the double fiber bread, add thin slices of bell peppers, cucumbers, zucchini for extra crunch and yummy healthy flavor. Oh, and dry roasted soybeans/endamame is great too!
Keep on keeping it off!
