Yesterday I did good overall but still have to work on not killing points with an easy sweet or salty fix. I drank 10 cups of water!
I weighed in this morning but didn't get to write it down and now I don't remember what it was but I think I was down another pound. I'll know for sure tomorrow.
Just had a nice big salad and I measured all the things that are worth points before I finished putting together my salad - go me! Lettuce, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, beets, 1 oz shredded moz cheese, 2 oz turkey ham, and 2 tbsp reduced fat balsamic vinegrette...yummy!
I am feeling good and glad to have gotten back on track. Having a good weight loss in my official at-home weekly weigh-in next week will be good motivation to keep going. But overall I want to focus on 1-2 pounds a week ongoing.
Okay, back to work!

Keep it up! When I was eating nice yummy salads, I'd always change things up with different things - canned beets, baby corn, canned corn, canned garbanzo beans, almond slices, hardboiled eggs, fresh sliced zuccini, grape tomatoes, etc. Variety is key! I'd just use balsamic vingar as dressing, a bit plain, but still yummy! I'd always rise off the canned stuff to decrease sodium, etc.
I tried to "subscribe" to your posts, but it didn;t work for me - not sure what to do, but I'll log onto your blog and check in regularly!
Go Horte!!!
Wilson, sorry you can't subscribe. I'll keep looking into it.
